It's time to throw down!

Clay! let's throw down clay.

This class is limited to 2 people and promises to be fun, messy, and completely satisfying.

In this class you will discover how to transform a piece of clay into an amazing work of art.

Class is $45.00 per person and includes:

Visit 1: Learn to throw a vessel. (2+ hours)

Visit 2: Make a foot for your vessel. (30-40 minutes)

Visit 3: Once fired and in a bisque form you paint it. (Varies per person.)

We then fire it one last time and it's ready to go home.

Entire process takes approximately 1 month.

To avoid difficulties and safety issues wear comfortable clothing that can get muddy. Do NOT wear loose long sleeve shirts or jewelry.
Consider trimming back your nails as long nails can be a challenging to work with and cut into your clay.
Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
Fee includes:
- - 1st visit: (2 hours) 1.5 pounds of clay, instruction/studio time.
  - 2nd visit: (45 min) Instruction/studio time, firing/kiln (up to 1 shelf)

WHEEL THROWING ADVANCED

This class is scheduled based on student's skill set. At end of class Instructor may approve the student for working independently.

Fee includes:

1st visit: (2.5 hours) 1.5 pounds of clay. instruction/studio time.

2nd visit: (45 min) Instruction/studio time, firing/kiln (up to a half of a shelf)

3rd visit;(varies) studio time, paint, glaze, and final firing.

NOTES:

No-shows & cancelations of less than 24 hours are NON-REFUNDABLE! Plus, all purchased Kiln firing/rental, class fees, and clay!
Clay may be purchased for $10.00 per pound.
Additional Kiln Space: If the size of your project is larger than 50% of a kiln shelf and/or is taller than a regular shelf height an additional fee of $14.00 will be charged at drop-off.
